We all do it! How much is enough? I get this question all the time. The medical community says about 9 hours, give or take! We are fixed on numbers and how much! It is all about YOU! I believe our goal is to wake up when we are not tired... No Alarm.....Have the Sunrise wake you up!
A few hints to good sleep without artificially stimulation:
1. No TV in the bedroom
2. Have calming colors in your bedroom
3. No eating of carbs 3 hours before sleep time, address insulin resistance
4. Also lemon balm and tryptophan can assist sleep.
5. Do your best to keep a schedule, do not confuse the brain.
We can control our sleep, these strategies
assist us in optimal health and longevity.
