Apple A Day......Really.....
Hey Everyone...... Did you know??? The produce you get from your grocery store doesn’t have the same level of vitamins, minerals or fiber it did years ago. In fact, you would have to eat 26 of today’s apples to equal just one apple from 1914.

Sleep!
We all do it! How much is enough? I get this question all the time. The medical community says about 9 hours, give or take! We are fixed on numbers and how much! It is all about YOU! I believe our goal is to wake up when we are not tired... No Alarm.....Have the Sunrise wake you up!
A few hints to good sleep without artificially stimulation:
1. No TV in the bedroom
2. Have calming colors in your bedroom
3. No eating of carbs 3 hours before sleep time, address insulin resistance
4. Also lemon balm and tryptophan can assist sleep.
5. Do your best to keep a schedule, do not confuse the brain.
We can control our sleep, these strategies
assist us in optimal health and longevity.
